Warranty on RAM

Hi,

I bought pc2700 1GB RAM stick of Lenovo from ebay about 3 months back. It was sealed and it worked fine till last week when suddenly my thinkpad T41 started showing BSOD. When i remove this RAM stick , machine works fine. I also tested the RAM socket with another RAM stick and it worked fine thus it is now final that my new RAM stick is cooked.

I just wanted to know if there is any warranty on RAM and how can I claim it ?
