Thinkpad T42 : memory upgrade

Hello,

I would like to buy a 1GB memory module for my Thinkpad T42.

Does someone has already tested this ones ? :

Corsair VS1GSDS333 or VS1GSDS400

or

Crucial CT12864X40B (the PC3200 is cheaper than the PC2700)
