Academic return policy?

Does anyone know if the return policy for an academic purchase from Lenovo is the same as a non-academic one? i.e., do you still have the 30-day, no questions asked return policy?

It was reported that someone returned their EPP purchased T60 under the 30-day NQA policy.

I returned my DDU to EPP, no problem, but I received it Friday and returned it Monday.
