error on changing machine type: X41T, with HMD 1.69?

I downloaded the hardware maintenance disk 1.69 and tries to update my X41T motherboard. But got a D202 error. Anybody knows what is going one?

You likely need a newer version of the HMD and it's not available to the general public.

That is what I thought too. The motherboard is pretty new and it is PM 758. Sometime, it hurts to try sth new.
