T60 with IBM USB Enhanced Performance keyboard audio keys

I have an IBM USB Enhanced Performance keyboard, with the Rapid Access keys, Internet navigation keys, etc. When I had it connected to a T41, the Rapid Access keys, navigation keys, and Mute button all worked, but the volume buttons and media player buttons never worked. Now I have a T60p (2007 AD1), and only the Rapid Access and navigation keys work. I'd at least like to get the Mute button to function, but having the volume and media player buttons function would be an added bonus. Is there any trick to getting these keys to work? I followed the link you posted, but I'm not sure it leads to the right driver. The "Driver Versions.txt" file indicates that it contains drivers for SK-8835 and SK-8845 keyboards, while the back of my keyboard says SK-8815. (See picture and description:

I enabled the on-screen display for the hot keys. When I press the Mute button, I see the words "Mute On" or "Mute Off", depending on whether mute is already off or on, respectively. These words are followed by a picture of a speaker with a big X through it. When the keyboard was connected to my old T41, it functioned exactly the same as the mute button on the laptop keyboard (i.e., a picture of a speaker with a slash through it, followed by about 15 volume bars, and the appropriate volume bars would change from solid to outlined).

Problem solved -- I needed to install the HIDSERV.dll and then start the HID Input service. Now all of the keys work fine (well, except for the fact that the media control keys seems to be hard-wired to MS Media Player -- that's my next task).
