Can I know the part details of my T43 preloaded memory?

I was about to upgrade my 512Mb memory to 1G with dual channel, is it possible to find out the details about my memory without opening the laptop? I know that to use dual channel it's better to have the other module with the same size, same brand best with the preloaded one.

I do remember a few months ago in a post, I could follow a link to lenovo's website to check out parts info, and even found out my LCD was the best sxga+ produced by xxx company.
