Upgrade wireless and fingerprint issue

Everytime I restart my laption, upon closing windows it asks me to swipe fingerprint again. How do I stop that? This is a freshly installed OS XP Pro

Also how do I update my Intel 2200BG wireless driver?

I purchased a Belkin Pre-N router with the newer technology, so trying to get the wireless up to par as much as possible.
