Docking and internet problems

So everytime I take my t40 off the dock, thinkpad access connections seems to disconnect. The same thing happens when I put the t40 back on. Anybody ever have problems like that?

That is the expected behaviour with the normal use of a dock, where the network connection is through the ports on the dock.

I guess there is something here that you know but haven't told us about what you are actually doing with your T40!

Not a problem. If you're switching from Wifi to Ethernet or back again, AC will disconnect one LAN connection and then reattach.
