Help with fan error after new fan is installed.

Hey everyone,

I just recieved a broken t41 from a friend. When i power it on, i get the fan error message. So I bought another fan but I am still recieving the error. Seems like the fan connector from the board is not putting out power. Is there any fix for this? Im pretty good at soldering so maybe theres a dead connection somewhere on the board?
