R52 blue screen image corrupt

I was busy surfing this site this morning...happily clicking and clicking and busy editing my blog page to include somebody's photo and a message when the computer start to hang and keep showing me error and worse of all it closed my browser window. I need to re open it again and again.

Because i am an impatient as* hole and a hot tempered freak, i give my R52 a blow on the palm rest--> right hand palm rest just above the HDD. Give it 6 times of blows and finally it hanged and refused to shut down.

1 of my nerves broke so i just yank the power cord from the electrical socket and then the computer switch off because of no electricity.

Then later, i switch the computer to check for any damage and yes problem starts.

First, it showed me IBM logo, then power up password and then windows XP black screen and then run very long then suddenly blue screen of error: image user 000022 or 000032 error(I forgot).
Computer image is not the same as user image. Corrupted data.
Then hang and i press all keys also no use.

Now, i kaypoh go and press BIOS and edit don't know what stuffs inside and show off that i am a professional to my friends (Brandon & Shanon & GuoXing) <--all members from here and in the end: WINDOWS XP ALSO GONE. Cannot see it at all.

Due to showing off that i am a professional in front of all my mates, now i get more error and give myself more troubles.

Then smart Brandon Huang Zhong Wei, a member who just left here come and help me. He runs recovery and my computer cannot sense recovery at all. Now waiting for me to get my CDs to run recovery. Brandon says it is HD shock error not motherboard, so is this true?

I want to know is there any other alternatives if my CD recovery also can't get my computer to start up at all?

What caused my computer to hang and freeze and blue screen of error like this?

1) Is it because i give my computer too many blows
2) Is it because i yank the power cord from the socket without shutting down the computer properly?

Computer warranty already over for 2 months.

Please help me. I promised i will not show off again . Please help!!!

Well from what i have read its sounds like you literally beat the hard drive repeatedly and thats not good.

If you are lucky, all you will have to do is reformat and reinstall windows.

Worst case scenario hardrive is broken and you need a new one, or something else broke. I would go with the drive being the issue though.

Also you messed with your bios so i would get one of your friends to help you with the bios fixing.

this kind of activity is called "shooting yourself in the foot"

lets see, ibm/lenovo go to great lengths to cushion the HDD from shock, and in a fit of anger, you beat the thing to death..

look for a replacement HDD and run the recovery from the recovery CD set that you should have made..

ok, i switch on my pathetic R52 and check it out. It can run it's BIOS. then later black screen: missing OS. <--what's up now.

I am going to make sure my favourite T60 and X60 get the best care from me now. Am going to treat both with care.

Ex member Brandon Huang said this is because HD writehead had broke off or similar... ??? *Scratch* Am typing from T60.

Arggg!!! waste money again!!!

EDIT: Send tp to a place somewhere in Ohio to repair. Contact some repair centres. Must pay $20USD deposit using paypal. <--No paypal how to apply??? Help???

The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.

^ This is what i get. Error message.

Now, i am using it as an external and the LED did not light up, so the verdict is: The HDD is DEAD!!!

Now, as i am typing from my Favourite T60, <--gaming computer and heavy applications machine, i can't help trying to type as soft as possible.

So my solution is: Get a new HD and wait for my new update about the service with Lenovo/IBM.

I would have to agree with you; rather poor form of character when somebody blames their laptop, which was probably just fine, for their screw-ups and problems they themselves created.

By the way, Santa Ana, CA to Raleigh, NC is a...big climate change.

Hello, both of you mistook my word: pathetic

I used the word pathetic is because i took pity on the helpless little laptop of mine which need to undergo my harsh treatment that is why i say pathetic. I NEVER blame Lenovo/IBM for their products.

I like all the 4 TPs that i owned and i did not find any flaw in them until i spoil the wonderful machine myself. Want to blame, ok yes, call me wild boar and i will accept this new little nickname <--My friends has started calling me this new nickname.

Hope that this post will clear up all the misunderstandings.
