Singapore IBM Support ???

Spoiled my HDD ^^ incident.

Now, i am here to thank everyone who had helped me getting my HDD issue right and also to tell everyone that Singapore IBM Technical Support is not excellent but FAR BETTER THAN THE WORD EXCELLENT... Good service and installation of user image FOC.

Why FOC?? Because i used 1 of my external HDD as my TP hard disk and run the R & R in it and the support member give me 3 more months of waaranty for this HDD thing. <--everything FOC.

I wonder would it be the same in Malaysia? I've never bring my thinkpad for any kinda service there before.

I got no idea. I am typing from my R52 now...

I thought Singapore IBM Repair Centre is located at Malaysia. Only some Laptop or PC software support will be in singapore service centre.



I don't know... As i am typing from my R52, i am trying to admire my workhorse now.

Poor Hitachi 40GB HDD is GONE!!!
