T43 Memory Upg Questions

I just put in a 1 gig stick of DDR2 memory into my T43. I quickly went to system info and was shocked to see it say "319 MHz" 1.5 gig total. What's the deal, shouldn't it be 533?

Can you tell us where you went to, to look at that? I don't see ram clock displayed in either "System Information" tool, or by looking at the "My Computer" properties. Only thing I see is cpu clock.
