to GauchoDude,
it is not sure that Intel had produced 1.4Ghz CPU
p3 Tulatin server had 1.3GHz and 1.4GHz
i believe that p3 Tulatin mobile had the same, but only a few
my upload pic “SL6CQ” was not in your url
in China,somebody used "SL6CS" in his T23
the effect is the same
and also had some QS versions for engineer test

Intel did make some cpus which did not release
have you heard about the legend that P3 Tulatin was better than P4m
most people thought that is why intel produced only a few 1.3GHz and 1.4GHz
i am certain that my cpu which i bought was from the intel engineer ultimately
it cost me RMB 300(China dollar),a little expensive, but i think it is worthy
T23+/PIII-M 1.333GHz/1024MB/20GB/14.1" XGA/DVD/Wi-Fi/2.5hr Battery/WinXP Pro

It would be nice to see 1.4GHz CPU in my T23, but now only thing that I would like to see Is working 1.2 GHz, and it would be enough for me :)
I hope it would be working...
