X41 Tablet Recovery CD

I want to know where I can obtain a X41 Tablet recovery CD. I tried calling Lenovo but I couldn't getting a representative on the line at first and when I got a representative on the line he told me I couldnt get one due to some BS warranty problem. Can anyone make me a copy (I'll make it worth your while) or tell me where else I can buy it.
