Memory upgrade

Hi to all
I have just bought a 1 GB Ram. I would like to update myself but I dont know how :D
I saw a video here about 6 months ago showing how to upgrade memory of thinkpads. If anyone knows the link, please post here.

there's a cover on the bottom with 1 screw. just remove it and then put your ram in, very simple.
