r51 board in a t41 2373-xjx laptop

My motherboard died and i would like to put one of those laptops that have the 128mb video and gigabit in here. I think there is a t41p board and a R51 board that can do this. It looks like these boards will fit, but will it work right with my lcd? my lcd maxs out at 1024x768.
Thanks

it was discussed here before and some ppl did swap motherboards
generally it was only t to t series boards, the only thing you need as far as i understand is some kind of converter for the lcd which you should have from your last board

correct me if i am wrong ?
