As the subject line states...what "T" models have USB2.0?

As far as I know, the T40(p) , T41(p) , and T42(p).

USB 2.0 was introduced in the T40 line. All T40/T41/T42/R50 models have USB 2.0.

According to IBM online documentation, the T30 had USB 1.1, and my T21 was also USB 1.1.
