UltraNav touchpad issue - help needed

Well, yesterday my wife has to do some work on my machine (officialy "our" laptop, but so far used to be mainly my working machine), it was her first time using laptop and Thinkpad in particular.
As expected, she didn't like TrackPoint idea and preferred using touchpad instead. Since I used to have touchpad disabled, I approached UltraNav wizard to enable the touchpad. Did it and it woke up indeed, but after few second of usage he stopped to respond, while the TrackPoint worked fine as always (and still does).
I made several endeavors disabling the Touchpad and re-enabling it again and again - it refuses to work (no response form it), however under under Testing window (clicking on Modify which opens testing window to check new settings) it does work as expected. Once I close testing window (clicking Done) it stops working again. Weird, isn't it ?

The UltraNav version is 2.01.00 and until this time it worked fine (touchpad with its respective buttons).

Any hints ?
