Z61t - WXGA+ vs WXGA .... more information

Hi all

i need yours advice about the display. is the WXSA+ is the same like the UXGA in T60p (very small).

cam someone give me a link for some pictures of the new screen with the camera in the top of the screen?

and last, is the grapshics card the intel 950 is faster the the 900 that was in the Z60t ?

15" UXGA has dot pitch of 0.19mm.
14.1" WXGA+ has dot pitch of 0.21mm. So text should be bigger than your T60p.

My 14.1" SXGA+ has dot pitch of 0.205mm which I find comfortable.

Also if text too small is an issue, you can increase the DPI in advanced Windows display settings.

Oh yes GMA950 is faster than GMA900.

WXGA+ is a nice improvement over WXGA, but not anywhere near the kind of desktop real estate you get from a 14-15" SXGA+/UXGA screen.
Have used just about every ThinkPad since the T42 days...
