help me before i explode

so my t60p is less than 14 days old and i've twice gotten the folowing error message:

also today, i un-installed PC-cillin and then downloaded and installed NOD32. everything seemed to go fine, then after the restart i can't use windows.
i asume this probably has something to do with PC-cillin not being fully uninstalled and then NOD32 did bad things.

so i've tried thinkvantage from restart and then restoring windows. doesn't work. i get another blue screen error message and it only then allows me to boot in safe mode. i've tried this twice.

any other suggestions? should i just restore my HD from the back-ups i made?

Might also be worth noting that the Micron bad ram batch might be playing a part in this.
