*SOLD*: >> Top-of-the-Line X40 Thinkpad <<

*** ITEM IS SOLD***

Thinkpad X40 Model 2386-REU

- Price: This is longer available. SOLD for $999 to a local buyer. I may have one more to sell so contact me if you have an interest.

- Full Description with Specs (The X4 Ultrabase was not purchased with this laptop and thus will not be included in the sale, though I do have one extra like-new Ultrabase I would consider selling for a small additional cost): http://tinyurl.com/hofyo ...As you can see this is the top-of-the line X40 with a 1.6GHz LV Processor, 60GB HDD, & Bluetooth too. What more could you want in an X40? There is none better.

- Warranty: Remainder of Genuine IBM EasyServ Warranty thru April 2007. Inexpensive upgrade to a 3-Year EasyServ available from IBM.

- Condition: Just about like a new one (battery, a/c adapter and original box will be provided). As nice or nicer than anything out there that would be listed as used elsewhere. It still has the Lenovo stickers on the top of the case! No dead pixels. I'll be glad to go into more detail if I can (with a serious buyer)

- Location: Reasonable distance to Tampa and Orlando, Florida (US)

- Pictures: It looks like a near-new X40, and I'm sure there are many pictures of these on the internet if you need one. This one will look like that.

- Reason for Sale: We're upgrading our X-series hoard with Tablets and this one is an extra we bought recently and didn't need. It probably has about 30-minutes or less of evaluation use by me, plus my time to restore the factory install after my evaluation. Some of these laptops I may have just turned on to make sure there were no dead pixels, then powered them off, but I can't be sure which are which so I'll claim slight use.

This is one of the select X-series I've been selling. I'm making the best of the best available here as I already sold off the heavily used models we traveled with since they were not up to the standards I know the people here expect. If you've ever bought one of my personally owned laptops here then you know what to expect from this one!

Again, though this model does not include an X4 Ultrabase or an optical drive in my price I might be able to make one available to the purchaser at an additional cost we can negotiate. I will also add an additional 512MB of RAM for a small extra cost if available at time of purchase.

Please, ONLY use e-mail for your questions and purchase request.

Thanks,
- Yak

I can STRONGLY vouch for Brainpicker. I just bought an X41 from him from this same batch, and I have never been happier with the condition of a used computer.

Even more important, the transaction itself was smooth and pleasant as can be.

Thanks Yak.
