Keyboard stops working after a ghost image

I've been having this problem with a number of T60's after ghosting. What is happening is after an image has been taken and after the notebook has been re-imaged, about 50% of the time the keyboard does not function in windows(unable to press CNTL+ALT+DEL for login, etc).

I've only had this problem after a ghost image has been applied and I've never had it happen during my from scratch load of XP (which I've done many times just to make sure I didn't make a mistake).

I've also made sure I'm using up to date bios (1.07) and driver.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
