To bad it still has serious limitations (video card it emulates is archaic and not supported on most OS's, very slow emulation, doesn't handle large amounts of memory well).
Hopefully 2007 will fix that.
In the mean time, VMWare Server is available free... and works suprisingly good as a workstation:
