T42p and T43p Peripherals/Accessories Compatibility

Can anyone confirm whether the standard and extended batteries and the AC adapters for the T42p (2373-Q1U) will work on the T43p (2668-Q2U)?

Yes, they will work; externally they are physically identical. The only difference is that the T43 "native" batteries use Li-Ion cells that have approx. 5% more capacity.
