ERROR: This instance of cssauth.exe cannot start

The client security solution couldn't load and it gave the following error :
This instance of cssauth.exe cannot start because of an initialization error.
I tried repairing, unintalling/reinstalling from software installer and windows add/remove program, no go at all.
BTW, all my thinkvantage softwares are up to date.
Any one has any idea?

Check out CSS7 in Windows OS forum - CSS7 is so bad, Lenovo have finally withdrawn it from their web site. I had the same error message (among many others) and after uninstalling/re-installing both the fingerprint software 5.5 and CSS7 it went away. NB: Uninstalling it is not a simple matter - the security cip must be cleared in the right sequence. Check the postings under Windows OS\CSS7.
