#1 Post by lucas » Fri Jul 14, 2006 8:31 pm

there was a thread about the 15", but nothing about the 14.1". could a few people please post specs, battery runtime, and conditions (wifi, brightness, optical used, etc..)

ibm claims 9 hours for the 9-cell. do you get it?!

estimated 5:30 on full battery. haven't timed running the whole battery down, but it seems to last the whole day. My 6-cell gets about 3:30 estimated

On average I get 6 hours out of my 9 cell. When I have my ultra bay battery in as well I get a total of 7:45 to 8 hrs. I LOVE IT!

I suggest you get the ultra bay battery if you are like me and rarely use the DVD / CD drive. I still carry it around with me and when I need it I just pop it in for a few minutes.

My specs are in my sig.
T60: 2623D7U - T2500(2GHz), 2GB RAM, 100GB 5400rpm HD, 14" SXGA+, 128MB ATI X1400, 9 cell battery + ultrabay battery, Intel 802.11abg, bluetooth, Verizon Sierra CDMA2000
