Is 10.4.7 any different for thinkpad compatibility?

There are so many problems with 10.4.6 and thinkpads (cannot sleep, change resolution for external monitors, wifi doesn't work).

Does the new version work better?

I didn't find much difference when going from 10.4.5 to 10.4.6 to 10.4.7.

Atheros replacement MiniPCI card stop working when I upgraded from 10.4.5 but I just downgraded and saved the atheros drivers then added them to 10.4.6 & 10.4.7.
