In control panel, Unknown Devices-Intel(R) 82801FBM LPC Interface Controller - 2641. Can someone tell me which driver I need to download from ibm for this?

Thank you.

No luck. Re-ran the Intel Chipset Support, upgraded Bios and Embedded Controller to latest 1.19 and 1.16. Anyone got any ideas?

The driver is the "PNP ISA Bus Driver", provided with Windows.

First try Windows Update, and see if that will install the driver. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the driver in Device Manager, then reboot. Hopefully Windows will reinstall the driver correctly on reboot.

FYI, the driver is isapnp.sys in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers directory.

Thanks guys. Just when I plan to do what Gomjabbar suggested, checked Devices, and found the yellow exclamation went away. Go figure, I have no idea what did it.

Now I'm real happy. No bloatware, boots up faster than before. So I'll settle in and install my other programs.

Thanks everybody.
