CD/DVD Drive FRU #'s for X4 Dock?

Can anyone give me some guidance on which CD/DVD FRU's will work in my X4 Dock? I know that it's supposed to be an "Ultrabay Slim" drive, but they're seldom described that way on eBay. Any guidance on which FRU's will fit, or which drives are interchangable with other Thinkpad models would save me buying another one that almost fits.

Anything that works with the X6x, T4x or T6x will work in the X4x ThinkPads.
