2200BG keeps shutting itself (radio) off

Hello Thinkpad forums.

Until today, I've used the wireless lan on my machine everyday.
However, today at work I turned the radio off since I had no use for it for a couple of hours, and kinda needed the battery time more.

Now that I'm home, I turned on the wireless radio again.

But now it stay on for a couple of minutes and shuts down on its own! how can this be??

I have the exact same problem! Any advice?

I uninstalled Access Connections and reinstalled it. Now it works like a charm.
