Want to buy MMC-2 PIII 850 Mhz processor

I am looking for a MMC-2 850mhz processor to replace the 650Mhz that my 600X have currently.

Maybe someone has one and would like to sell it, i can pay thru paypal and or any way you prefer.

I am a serious buyer my ebay handler is cm2881 and i have 100% positive feedback 114 in total.
