Utility for fitting data on CD or DVD

Hi,

I looking for a utility that will organize data into folders of specific sizes so that they can be burned to CD or DVDs efficiently without using spanning or archiving formats.

I've found one called "file sift", however it's pretty old and does not seem to be working properly.
