Interesting about Rescue and Recovery on my X40/41

I created a XP disk from a retail Disk (the method can also be found in this forum). I installed XP to my X40 using that disk. last week, I created a recovery Disk from my X40.

TO my surprise, the RR created only ONE disk with all the contents that suspect it is just like a retail XP disk. I have not done any reinstallation, but I think it should work.

So RR can reverse engineering the process? I am really surprised.
