Need a KVM that reliably works with T30's or new thinkpads

Hi folks,

New to thinkpads.com - hopefully I'll be able to contribute to help others.

My company has a number of users who want or have KVM's, and have Thinkpads. It appears that the older thinkpads (before T30's) work "okay" (it varies widely from person to person and from KVM manufacturers).

Does anyone have a reasonably priced KVM (both 2 and 4 port models) that will reliably work with T30's and newer thinkpads?
