WTB: T2x HD Coinscrew and Caddy Screws

#1 Post by AlphaKilo470 » Sat Jul 29, 2006 12:47 pm

I'm looking for the coinscrew to hold my T21's hard drive in place. I'm also looking for the screws to hold the hard drive into the caddy.

Also, if anyone has a drive cover WITH the infrared window, I am interested in that though it's not as high on my priority list as the coinscrew and caddy screws.

For "coinscrew" see this http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=20545 (I paid 6 cents apiece for allen head screws).

I'm pretty sure the hd to caddy screws are just standard hd mounting screws.

The caddy screws are standard scres but the head has to be a certain fatness because the ones I have fit in the caddy and drive but are too fat to slide into the computer.
