Blue Screen in my T43
hi guys,
need your helps here.
i am using the "Dynamic Setting" in either RM CPU Clock Utility 1.8(with TP Fan control) or Centrino Hardware control v1.8.(without TP Fan control)
with the following undervolt settings:
6x - 0.748v
8x - 0.828v
9x - 0.860v
10x - 0.908v
11x - 0.940v
12x - 0.972v
13x - 1.020v
14x - 1.052v
Temperatures for CPU & GPU are just normal (around 45-54degC) all the time.
yet, the Windows Dead BlueScreen once in a while when Shutting Down then it would reboot automatically.
well, i was thinking that the voltage settings might be incorrect that causing the BlueScreen. Anyone have any idea on how have a massive undervolt tests in order to get a correct voltage for my machine T43 2668-HC1 ?

yes, no problem at all.cmarti wrote:And it happens only if you undervolt the cpu?
Uninstall nhc and use the lappy for a few days without it, the blue screen may also be caused by a hardware problem.
is it necessarily to uninstall the NHC, or just turn it off and without letting it to start with windows?

yeah, that is my voltage, it is a Sonoma Processor 1.86GHz.simms wrote:run prime95 to test if it's stable. that's your CPU?
I manage to do 6x, 7x, 8x, 9x all at .700V then increase a bit from there, up to 17x without going above 1V. Dothan 735.
and when i set it to 0.7v for 6x, it crash immediately!
