T30 Memory Cover ID...

The BIOS is recognizing the full 512mb from both slots, but my T30, 2366-61U has the totally flat memory cover.

It does NOT look like this one:

Should i replace it? Is it safe to use in the meantime?

If your T30 is currently reading the entire amount of ram, and doesn't have the correct ram cover, then chances are you are ok. To my knowledge, not all T30 were affected by the ram problem.
