Will ANY Bluetooth device work for a computer?

I cant get my headset to work with my T42, it doesnt detect it (im using the IBM BT stuff, withthe unsugned drivers)

sooo im just wondering if it has to be specifically designed for PC compatibiliyt?

i figured a computer would work with all BT deivces... maybe i sjhould have asked before i bought it


i dont have a cell phone to test it with so it could be just that my drivers are impoperly installed, or that myheadset is broken

Look in my bluetooth places and see if you can find in there
Audio gateway and try to connect through that to the headset.

I got it working
haha i didnt fully read the insturctions for my headset

now is there anyway to change the audio/mic from the TP's to the headset quickly?
(i have to go to control panel > sound settings > and then change the input and output to the headset)

edit: lol ok i noticed that it switches it for me, eveyrhting looks goo dnow
