WTB: sub 7 pound, 14*10, Wifi, IRDA Thinkpad

I thought I could live with XGA, but the A30 I just sold convined me that I need more screen real-estate.

I would like integrated Wifi vs. a PCMCIA card. I also need IRDA/FIR to communicate with my Heart Rate monitor.

Lighter is better. I am thinking R40 or T30. Maybe a T23 if I can find one of these: 2647-9RU

I would like to keep it close to $800.
