DHCP doesn't respond, static IP cannot browse, wlan adapter

Hi

I have T43 1871-F1G new.
I tried to connect to internet by setting up my LAN through Thinkvantage Access Connection and letting DHCP to search the IP number.
Then message : Error 030 showed up.
It was said, DHCP server doesnt respond.
Any helps for my case?

Second trial, I put the static IP number and set it up through Thinkvantage. It was connected, but still I cannot browse.
What should I do?

And, my T43 detected new hardware. I guess it is wlan. I tried to get it installed, but no driver is included.
Any helps for this case?
