WINFLP Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs

Has anyone tried WinFLP? its a smaller version I think in terms of ram use? I have been able to install it without using the cd disc. Just want to see if anyone is interest in that or still using win98 .
When I used win98 my PCMCIA Bluetooth was working fine with 5.0 drivers, but after using xp widcomm 5.0 driver doesn't work anymore
