How to lower the tempature of x1300 card?

Hi,

I just got my new thinkpad T60 and really like it.
One thing I noticed is that even in idle, the GPU reading is about 63C - 65C which seems rather high. (this is on battery)

My question is :

Is there a way to lower the tempature of X1300? (such as under clock it?)

I have set the powerplay but it didn't make any difference.

I have searched through all related forums but it seems no real solution for this problem.
