WTB: 560 for parts or FS: Dead 560Z

I have a 560Z with a dead motherboard that I am looking to either sell or repair; whichever can be done first. If you are interested in buying, this laptop has 64mb RAM, 300mhz Pentium II, 12.1" SVGA TFT LCD and a good battery. Keyboard shows minimal wear and the only missing part is the hard drive cover which really isn't essential to operation.

If anyone has a good 560Z motherboard or a 560 parts unit, let me know, thanks.
