G41 Video Upgrade

I own and am pretty happy with my G41 TP except for the video card (Nvidia GeForce FX Go5200 128MB) which seems to be a bottleneck on my system. Is there any way to upgrade the video card to a higher model? I've done some minor surgery on desktops before but never with any laptops. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
