Test your ability to block Popups

#1 Post by christopher_wolf » Mon Aug 14, 2006 5:00 am

Go through all the Popups; a score in the area of 85% to 100% is good for most of them. The few less common ones should be around 9/10 blocked. Otherwise, you might want to look at a popup blocker and/or changing some settings with your Browser and Firewall (if it support it). :)

I would recommend starting off with KillAd if you use something other than IE and are getting a large number of popups; also, don't forget to configure your browser to stop most popups.

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Ok, field report:
Using Firefox, with Java and Jascript enabled, using its built-in popup-blocker, I saw two of the "bad" popups, and all of the "good" ones.
Thanks for the hint, christopher_wolf!

cheers,
