Possible to further undervolting for X60s

hi,
just wonder any one of the X60s users undervolt their thinkpad since it is using Low voltage processor?

Good question. in the penitum M days there was a program called centrino hardware control that let you do this, but I dont know if one like this exists for the Duo.

If I remember correctly, the centrino control utility made the cpu run at .7 volts. What does the core duo L run at?

.9V is the lowest Core CPUs will undervolt to.

My X60s will undervolt to .9V.

just undervolt to .9v only???
that is not much, even my current one can undervolt to its lowest until .7v.
just wonder?

no,
i mean my current T43 can undervolt to .7v without any error in operating.

You can undervolt via Notebook Hardware Control (NHC) or with RMClock. You can google for links.

i know how to use NHC and RMclock to undervolt
my question is :

just wonder whether or not it still can undervolt the Low voltage Core process in X60s ?

The NHC/RMClock answer was for someone else.... the answer to your question was answered by me a couple of posts up.

Using the power manager, setting the cpu to "lowest power" will do this. Setting it to "adaptive" will undervolt to .9V under low cpu load.
