Yeah, I know there is a linux sub forum, but I think I'll get a better/faster response here.
Alright, when I load up knoppix, I can't figure out how to enable the wireless radio. I'm a linux noobie, but I want to play around with it. When I go into the command prompt and type 'wlcardconfig' it tells me that no wireless networkcard is found. The light for the wireless radio is not lit up on my monitor (you know, kind of under the monitor with the battery indicators and stuff) When I press fn+F5 just the bluetooth radio turns on and off (light goes on and off and it gets recognized in the knoppix device manager). Anybody know what I need to do to get the wireless radio to turn on?
Thanks
