Atheros client utility and drivers....?

anyone know where I can download the Atheros Client Utility and drivers for their AR5001X+ chipset, which the IBM 802.11a/b/g mini-pci card uses???

I cant get this card to work right in my laptop (Specs below) so I'm going to try this as a last resort.

Atheros Client Utility (from HP's site).

A newer version from Toshiba's site.
