small spill - screen discoloured

Anyone have an idea of what a new screen is worth for an X40? I had a small spill of water on my keyboard. Some splashed up on the screen and on the lower edge some water got underneath. Seems permanently discoloured (the area that got water in it is now lighter), but not terribly noticeable. Any advice appreciated.

Actually, for those following this thread, the screen dried out itself (partially with the help of a hairdryer strategically placed). I was quite impressed with the fact that actually did dry out and that, for now, there appears to be no long term damage. Yet another reason to go IBM.
