UltraNav not scrolling

UltraNav not scrolling

I went into the Ultranav settings but and when I click to select vertical scrolling, the checkbox doesn't check but remains empty. What the hell is going on here?

To be more specific. I mean it won't scroll down/up a page when I use the right side of the ultranav pad.
